ADVANCED MAPSSTM TECHNOLOGY OF ALINITY hq ANALYZER: A MULTI-PLATFORM COMPARISON

This study evaluated the performance of the Abbott Alinity hq, a high-throughput hematology analyzer.

Five hundred and fifty-one samples were selected for method comparison with two high-volume hematology analyzers. In addition, a correlation study with these samples was performed comparing Alinity hq white blood cell (WBC) differentials with manual microscopic WBC differentials, including immature granulocytes (IGs) and nucleated red blood cells (NRBCs).

Overall, Alinity hq demonstrated equivalent performance and a high level of accuracy compared to manual differential.
